Navigation Overbilled by $695K: Judge Rules Lawyers Failed to Disclose New Fee Agreement Provisions to Client
“We are pleased for Kira Wahlstrom that Judge Stearns found as we contended that attorneys David Hoey and Don Keenan improperly took over $695,000 from monies held in trust for and belonging to her,” said Bridget A. We will now try to resolve the remaining issues between the parties and, if not, we hope for as early a trial date as Judge Stearns’ calendar will allow.”
