Medicare Advantage enrollees have from January 1, 2022 through March 31, 2022 to switch from one Medicare Advantage program to another. You can switch to a different Advantage Plan or drop the one you have altogether in favor of basic Medicare, i.e., Part A which is hospital coverage and Part B which is outpatient care coverage.

Approximately 63.6 million people are receiving Medicare. About 26.9 million of the 63.6 million are enrolled in Advantage Plans which allow the beneficiary to receive Parts A and B and usually Part D prescription drug coverage along with extras such as dental and vision. However, each plan has a different cost-sharing structure and list of drugs covered.
