Lemon, best known for his 2006-23 tenure on CNN, filed the complaint on Thursday in California Superior Court for San Francisco County. He is represented by Carney Shegerian, founder of Shegerian & Associates. The complaint alleges fraud, negligent misrepresentation, misappropriation of name and likeness, breach of express contract and restitution and unjust enrichment.
