The U.S. Senate voted 52-46 along party lines to confirm Rebecca Taibleson as a judge on the US. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Taibleson is a former Kirkland & Ellis associate and law clerk to two U.S. Supreme Court justices.
